A kiss, anyone?

My sleeping beauty bunny. I could lie beside and stare for hours in amazement.

Meanwhile, I think he sorta grasps the idea of crawling on fours and using his legs interchangeably to propel himself forward. Uh no. My kid is turning rather mobile. He moved from one end of the cot to the other twice last night (after I pulled him back in the middle of the night).

I am beginning to give myself heart attacks jumping out of bed in the night and checking on him when he turns too silent.

TGIF! are you ready for the weekend?

Hi there! Thanks for popping by. I'm Cherie, a ftwm (full-time working mum) to 3 lovely kids (2 boys & a princess) and my motto in life is to BE HAPPY. Sure, life isn't all that smooth but it's the mentality that counts, no? This blog documents my life. Or rather, snippets of my life that has passed me by. I love capturing life memories in the blog and being able to read back and laugh at myself (or anyone). I love to eat (A LOT), travel and paint my own nails so the blog is mostly about that. Is that considered lifestyle? Of cos, the family is also very much an integral part of me so there would be loads of memories about the husband and my kids - Jerry (9yo), Jerome (7yo) and Leia (2.5yo) and everyone else that's close to me. I like documenting the kids' milestones, their growing up years, their achievements (and sometimes, mine), and my struggles and battles with motherhood. It sure ain't easy. I love seeking out good food and travelling, is trigger-happy, love new gadgets, love exploring new places and strives to live life to the fullest. I aspire to travel the world as much as I can, to soak in the different sights across the various continents and visit all the Disneylands in the world (almost there!). Have fun reading and do drop me a comment to say hi! Love, Cherie Lim Find me on Instagram.

just try to relax and enjoy the last few days… the days post delivery is very very tiring! also, try to manage the guests popping into the hospital if you can so you get time to rest.

for me, i had relatives popping in and out (unannounced) and it was very disruptive, especially in my attempts to breastfeed!

OMG… I cannot imagine having visitors at the hospital bed. So thankful we were in HK… Friends called but hubby said no it’s okay plus we were up in the Peak so not very convenient.

i cannot imagine too and had many rude shocks. i had people pull my curtain and peeked in without even calling out and ask if it was alright (i was breastfeeding).

my family members didnt visit except my mum and bro and all those interruptions i had were from my hubby’s family and they all came unannounced. seriously, i was quite pissed because i didnt had time to rest and had to entertain them non-stop. they just kept pouring in!
