Short update
I’m lying on my bed, staring at my computer and monitor. The computer crashed this afternoon.
Why did it crash? Cos i asked my uncle to help me solve the issue about installing my 400gb hard disk. Apparently, he faces the same issues i did, and decided to update e bios. That killed my computer, cos it couldn’t boot after that.
The funniest thing is.. I was talking to my aunt when my uncle was telling me that he is already installing the update, and it MAY NOT work.
-_-” My reaction? Har!! And you are telling me that only after halfway through installation?
Oh well, just before i left the house for the baby shower.. It died. =(
I cannot live without a computer, so i tasked my uncle to go buy me a new motherboard while i’m at the run. And so, it’s now taking hours to load all the drivers and resolve the conflict of the drivers on my old boot drive.
Reboot and reboot, screw and unscrew. Swapping the 5 hard disks around so that i can organise my files better with the newly installed 400gb. I don’t have enough power connector for my hard disks. Grr..

Hi there! Thanks for popping by. I'm Cherie, a ftwm (full-time working mum) to 3 lovely kids (2 boys & a princess) and my motto in life is to BE HAPPY. Sure, life isn't all that smooth but it's the mentality that counts, no? This blog documents my life. Or rather, snippets of my life that has passed me by. Of cos, the family is also very much an integral part of me so there would be loads of memories about the husband and my kids - Jerry (9yo), Jerome (7yo) and Leia (2.5yo) and everyone else that's close to me. I like documenting the kids' milestones, their growing up years, their achievements (and sometimes, mine), and my struggles and battles with motherhood. It sure ain't easy. I love seeking out good food and travelling, is trigger-happy, love new gadgets, love exploring new places and strives to live life to the fullest. I aspire to travel the world as much as I can, to soak in the different sights across the various continents and visit all the Disneylands in the world (almost there!). yuppers! Information and pictures all the way from 2003! plus.. u can imagine the amount of photos i amass everyday.. 🙂
each month about a few gbs.. and then when i go on trips.. the trips photos are usually in the thousands. 🙂

5 harddisks???/ i think u can buy a storage server liao. why dun u try to burn those old photos files into dvds to safekeep?

hahaha. I do… but i also keep them on the hdd so that i can easily access them whenever i want to! 🙂
