Mummies unite over CNY.
So, I caught up with a bunch of mummies and their families over CNY. This group of mummies is quite dear to me. We ‘met’ over the net many years back, and bonded through blogging. This blog have brought me a lot of friendships and I really appreciate how it opened many doors for me. This bunch of mummies, we went from discussing weddings, to our first kids, to 2 kids for most of us, and now, the kids are all running around! New Year’s Eve (NYE).
What were you doing? Partying at some happening countdown? I didn’t plan for anything at all. Not until that afternoon when Jerry kept asking for Gorgor Issac. He has been asking for him non stop! He somehow likes to invite people to our house so he is always asking if who who who is coming to our house. Cookies baking class at TOTT for Zachary’s 4th Birthday.
Jerry spent Christmas at a cookies baking class at TOTT! I almost forgot to jot this down but happen to chance upon some pictures on my flickr sets. We attended a really cool birthday party for Zachary 4th birthday. It was a cookie baking class and jerry’s first attempt at baking! We were slightly late and when we got there, everyone has started!! I have always wanted a place on my own to host parties during festivities. This year, its like *wish granted* cos we finally got our own place and moved right in! of party woes
i really should have known better. after all, i organized that many events in my job but i didn’t do any prep work for the full month party until it was wayyyyyyy too late. *sigh* ok. it was also coupled with the fact that it was major adjustment on my end with my new role as a mother grappling on all baby-related issues, rolled together with all-time fatigue that i am feeling. man, it’s exhausting. besides, the man aint helping. he left everything to my device, didn’t help source or suggest anything at all (other than to provide the defacto venue suggestion) and didn’t give much comments even when presented…
