Fashionista Cherieladie Post #1- because i am yummy mummy (wannabe).
I have been wondering about my blog voice – does my blog represent who I am? I think it mostly does and I think by reading my blog, one can really know how I am exactly in real life. I don’t blog with an alter ego and I’m pretty much what you read here. Or at least, that’s what people have been telling me.
My blog is my thoughts, out loud. And simply, just that. So, I thought it would be good to showcase a well-rounded Cherie on the blog as well. Include some of the stuff that I post on my social media in my day to day life, and since I am a yummy mummy wannabe… I am going to create this “Fashionista” category and do a monthly post on my #ootd and #wiwt for the month that has past.. (i actually do have a #fashionistacherieladie hashtag as well).
Do you think like reading something like that? Part of the reason is because I have people telling me that they love my dress sense, or what I wear… so I’m here to SHARE!
Anyway, here’s the fashion posts in the month of April.
Looks like I didn’t document much #ootds for the month of April, but i’ll try harder for the month of May!
I may or may not list down all the stuff/brands that I wear, but if you like something that I posted and wants to know where i got them, do fire away and i’ll try to answer them to the best I can (that’s because i might forget where i got some of the stuff I own). and do tell me if you like this post! Hi there! Thanks for popping by. I'm Cherie, a ftwm (full-time working mum) to 3 lovely kids (2 boys & a princess) and my motto in life is to BE HAPPY. Sure, life isn't all that smooth but it's the mentality that counts, no? This blog documents my life. Or rather, snippets of my life that has passed me by. I love capturing life memories in the blog and being able to read back and laugh at myself (or anyone). I love to eat (A LOT), travel and paint my own nails so the blog is mostly about that. Is that considered lifestyle? Of cos, the family is also very much an integral part of me so there would be loads of memories about the husband and my kids - Jerry (9yo), Jerome (7yo) and Leia (2.5yo) and everyone else that's close to me. I like documenting the kids' milestones, their growing up years, their achievements (and sometimes, mine), and my struggles and battles with motherhood. It sure ain't easy. I love seeking out good food and travelling, is trigger-happy, love new gadgets, love exploring new places and strives to live life to the fullest. I aspire to travel the world as much as I can, to soak in the different sights across the various continents and visit all the Disneylands in the world (almost there!). Yay! So happy to hear that people actually like my post! I think my style is pretty much about accessorising. I have loads of statement necklaces and use them to lift up a plain or boring piece! Thanks for commenting, totally made my day. =)

I think I need to work a lot harder in styling up the pictures with photography. The #ootds taken are a bit meh. 🙂

Heh. I followed her blog for years! But.. I don’t have a nice white background like her to take ootds and she is really a lot more sophisticated in her style! I also like cheesie’s (cheeserland) ootds.. definitely need a lot more work in this area!
