creaking bones
my bones are creaking. finally dragged my lazy bones for a run in the park. it’s been more than a month since my last run.
was aiming to run 5.6km and check out my timing and try to improve on it for the future runs… but i was 3 rounds short of the distance and covered only 4.4km before slowing slow and decided that i shouldn’t push myself and waited for shufen while jogging on the spot to ask if she still wanted to continue.
haha. actually, i was kinda demoralized in the run. i never liked long distances because it’s very much a mental game.. and i get bored easily, going round and round, seeing the same things all over.
hmmm.. must buck up soon. the run is less than a month away.
