Disrupted sleep pattern.
These days, something is wrong with my sleeping pattern.. I hardly can sustain pass the 12 midnight mark. I k.o before that. It’s been a long time that i surf the net at home. I didn’t manage to switch on the computer these days when i get on. Even if i do, i usually fall asleep within 5 mins and leave the computer running.
The annoying thing that happens is that i wake at 5am in the morning, stark awake.. And wonders if i should wake or head back to bed. When I sleep and i wake up late when it’s time for work. If i don’t, i don’t know what to do at 5am in the morning!
This disrupted sleep pattern is causing me much distress and making me much more tired that i think i should be. Argh! I really don’t know what happened! Am so not used to it, and every morning, i’m yawning my way to work and feel so lethargic.
