the last 2 days
not enough sleep. not enough water and kept watch for 2 nights while the “seniors” went to retire. thanks to the mahjong that kept me awake for the last 2 nights, but my energy level is definitely wearing thin.
i had only 8 hours of sleep since sunday, and that’s really quite bad.
sticky bodies, white tees, constant sweating and dirty feet. and worrying about work at the back of my mind. urgh.
i hope i wont burn out soon. time to plonk into my bed and grab some winks before i have to wake in the evening for another through the night to after breakfast watch.
