my colleague, Beverly left the team last friday. the office is been quite quiet and missing quite a bit of cheer. i think it stems from her youth (she’s the youngest in the team) and her beverly bubberly nature. totally embarrassed to admit this but I have many brand new shoes sitting around the house, waiting to be worn.. and this is just one of those pairs. am I alone? tell me I’m not alone in this ‘I need to get that pair of shoes, but I only have 1 pair of feet to wear them all’ situation. Team Lunch @ Rokeby
my team had a long overdue team lunch last friday for the june babies. and an unexpected farewell lunch for beverly who left the team rather abruptly. lunch was at rokeby! we always try to go to a different restaurant each time and it was my first time here (though i have been to fat cat which is along the same stretch).
