halfway mark @ 20 weeks.
ok. I’m flashing a little birdie at all of you. heh. birdie of my little prince. I can’t quite believe i’m halfway there! I have been so so busy at work so much so that blogging has seriously taken a back seat in my life. I crashed out on most nights before midnight if I’m home early, or I’ll be typing away on the laptop. and by early, I meant reaching home at about 9pm, in time to grab a quick dinner before putting my son in bed. not quite that ‘early’ by normal people standards. people around me seemed to be enjoying work life balance with knock off timings…

its not the last afterall..
although I said in my earlier post that I won’t be doing self-pedicures for a while.. my chipped toe nails and my busy schedule at work changed that. I couldnt stand my chipped toe polishes (and bare nails) and I couldnt find the time to book myself a pedicure session so I attempted to paint my toes again. increasingly difficult feat. the dark knight. I tried one of the new polishes that has been lying in my stash for a long long while (i still have many unused/unopened polishes!). closer shot. belated birthday dinner treat..
met up with jen during the week for dinner. a belated birthday treat for me.. because we haven’t found the time to have dinner proper. we met up quite late because I was stuck in a meeting past hours and even though I still had loads to clear, I dropped everything and left cos I was more than an hr late.. dinner was at pietro ristorante italiano (12 jalan kelulut, tel: 6484 5528), a French semi-fine dining in the heartlands. a week of random tidbits.
the husb is away the whole week for a business trip, so my hands are very much tied up with the baby. its also a bad week at work with me logging much longer hours with all the happenings coming up, and the bump is starting to give me much discomfort and making me very very tired. slap on the chores of bottle washing and all, I’m pretty much dead to the world before midnight even strike. the decoder.
someone has discovered the fun of the decoding my iPhone. I don’t usually give jerry my phone to play. he calls its ‘apple’! not because its an apple phone, but I sometimes play the phonics song on my phone for him so he always remember the song as apple. I left my phone on the bed the other day and went about doing my stuff. when I look up, the kid was happily pressing the phone and he has managed to disable my phone for 1 min. didn’t manage to snatch back the phone so I took a picture as evidence instead. to show the hubby…

my nails this weekend.

his first class.
I enrolled jerry for a art play class some months back at kid’s gallery and he attended his first class ever on Saturday! he is the youngest kid in the class. classes are for 16 months and above and he barely reached the age requirement. he is still at 15 months, 2 weeks. I know a lot of parents send their kids to classes like play gyms, gymboree and kindermusik at a much younger age but I didnt think it was necessary for jerry since his motor skills seemed quite developed at a really young age, but I wanted to start exposing him to a classroom setting with…
