this morning, i probably took the longest time to bathe in the morning before i head out for work. i started bathing and was stunned when there was a relatively huge lizard crawling on my ceiling, looking like it’s gonna drop any time! i am not usually afraid of creepy crawlers of such, but i remembered an incident when i was in primary 6. it was before dawn and i was bathing when the lizard fell onto my head (i JUMPED!), it dropped onto my shoulders (I BRUSHED it off), and it slid down my body and fell with a splat on my feet. it sent a tingling chill of…

amusing sight.
i saw this the other day along CTE. the trees are so bare like it’s autumn, but alongside the bushy trees. wonder why these few particular trees have been chosen to go ‘botak’ (bald), whereas the whole stretch of the rest of the trees look very much intact.

kiwi berry
i tried a new fruit the other day! ok. kinda new, fusion type of fruit. it’s a kiwi berry! it’s the size of a big grape, a little furry on the exterior, a bit soft when bitten into and taste a little sourish. pretty similar to a kiwi, except that it doesn’t quite feel solid when bitten into. it’s more like a mushy feeling. nevertheless, it’s nice and interesting! just thought i’ll blog this for remembrance. i just chanced upon this entry that i wrote years ago, there was this picture on this seafood restaurant that i TOTALLY have no idea where it was… and i went there! so, maybe…

i want the weekend to last longer!
why is it that the weekends always pass u by without noticing it? it’s sunday already?! spent the whole of yesterday afternoon in the office before the 2 hungry girls (agnes & me) stomped out of the office at 5pm to go grab some food. funny thing is we both ate heavy breakfast at 11am and we were hungry before 3pm was up! anyhow, she bought me to this korean restaurant somewhere in chinatown. woots, i almost ordered and gobbled everything down! my favourite was the refillable sides. kimchi! huimin and kelvin (or was it kevin) joined us for dinner and i kinda enjoyed myself over a funny dinner filled…

Double strike!
I hopped into the same cab twice within a week! What are the chances of that?! exercise
my doc advised that exercising would help relieve the dizzy spells and headaches.. but after the chat he had with me yesterday, he promptly told me.. forget about exercising.. you have no time to exercise, except for the weekends. try to get more sleep instead. i thought that was quite funny. and so, after the bowling competition, jen, lena and me went for some coffee/tea/snacks at starbucks (chey! i’m patronizing you!) and some shopping. i think jen and me make a terrible pair. we both like to buy things. i splurged another 100 bucks on 2 dresses while she spent abt 250. wahaha. the other day when we are having…

My course
I’m attending an EXPERT excel course and i cannot believe that they are teaching how to draw charts, select and group images. I almost fell asleep yesterday while the rest are busy drawing. I thought this was taken for granted but no, apparently there are people who don’t know how to group images and bring them front. And i thought this should be covered in the beginner’s class. a smile on my face
i got a new toy on my desk!! all thanks to jen.. she bought it for me when we were shopping at vivo the other day. or rather, i extorted it from her!! *giggles* it’s a seal in a strawberry suit! ok. it was so cute that i had to leave the shop with it!! so she very nicely bought it for me. when der saw it while we were on the way home from vivo..he gave it a name.
