tadah! presenting my own personal pair of sandals courtesy of my love. this is a customized pair and is the only pair available in this look. you probably can buy a pair that comes with buckles but i have asked der to make a pair without the buckle for me some time back.. and i have totally forgotten about it. woohoo! it’s a nice surprise (that came sometime mid week) and i am really happy because he does hear and accede to my crazy demands sometimes. thank you baby! it feels really good to wear it because i feel so loved!

the weekend is gone and life goes on…. (hey, it sorta rhymes!) while i was on medical leave last friday, i was drifting in and out of sleep while struggling to get some work done and my ad signed off(!). der was practically staring at me sleep the entire day and he kept urging me to shut the com and get some proper rest. well, the most happening thing was that we caught transformers over the weekend. it was also a healthy weekend because der clocked some miles in his run and we went swimming where i swam 22 laps and did some late night bowling with agnes and friends.…

the other day.. or last friday to be exact.. i cried. i sat down and i cried non stop. i couldnt stop the tears from rolling and i tried really hard to look normal because people are staring at me and der had to take these ugly pictures of me. i couldn’t stop tearing. and i was jerking non stop. jerking in laughter. naughty me played a prank on der actually… we were out for a nice dinner at botejyu and we had a feast! and you want to know what is the prank? see that last dish? the okonomoyaki? it came piping hot and the flakes were ‘in motion’…

how was your weekend?
its a pity weekends are always so short. Mine was especially short since i spent quite a bit of time sleeping, recuperating from the late night with the visit to the hospital. i also managed to pack in some work and a wedding dinner, plus rounds of mahjong and a evening run with my lazy-boy-turned-personal-trainer! I finally broke the 6 weeks(!) exercise ban with 2 rounds around the park, only to slow to a brisk walk. i had wanted to do 8 rounds but i have difficulty breathing with the cough that i am still suffering. still, it’s a start! and you know what’s most enjoyable? laughing my head off…

the happy x.silly over the last weekend, we decided to be silly and bought x.silly a kinder surprise! of cos, der and me finished the chocolate and had some silly fun checking out the toy in it. it’s nice to be relax a little and just be silly for a moment. 🙂

the weekend (part 2)
image from www.gv.com.sg we caught the terminator salvation movie on saturday night! ok. it was a weird movie experience because i had colleagues sitting behind me and around me in the whole hall. the entire vivo city was filled with my colleagues and every corner i turn, i see someone familiar. just imagine 2 big halls full of my colleagues. if that’s not bad enough, my ex-colleagues from pi.zzah ut were also there! they occupy another full hall! and i have people spotting me and texting me/calling me when i didnt see them. so scary! that part aside, i think its a great movie if you are in for action-packed…

the weekend (part 1)
during the weekdays.. i thought the weekend will be a good time to update this space here. the weekend comes and there is simply no time. and then its the weekdays again. darn. these days, i am finding that time is moving faster than ever.. the hours just blend into days, and the days blend into weeks, the weeks blend into months, and almost 1/2 year has gone by. and i wondered what i have achieved. anyway, wanted to blog about the wonderful weekend i had. or rather fulfilling is the word, albeit super tiring. so much so that when i came home at about 8pm earlier, i wanted to…

just when i thought everything should be quite smooth, i had a crisis last minute. *heart-attack* anyway, in the midst of the mayhem and while waiting for the ‘food provisions’ to come, and peace to settle in… yours truly here tried to be funny. with a fish. i deserve more kisses lah! so, the fish kisses me. seriously, thank god my mum doesn’t read my blog… else she’ll say.. you shouldn’t play with your food! in the meanwhile! i have a date tomorrow night. with terminator salvation!
