dinner meet-ups
i am a really bad friend.. because in order to have dinner with me. the 2 of them waited for 4 freaking hours. only to have dinner with me for an hour. it’s not really my fault because something went really wrong with my ad at the last minute (what’s new, really?), so instead of the scheduled 7.30pm, i was only available at 11pm. now, that’s what friends are for right?! while making our way down to the lobby (where the boy is also waiting – i feel like a sinner), we went to aston for dinner! wanted to stay longer with the folks but the restaurant was closing. =/…

christmas lunch from santa mike
mr Mike (my colleague from the sales/roadshow team) threw a christmas lunch for the team to thank everyone for the hard work put in during the year. the team also returned him a gift of robinson vouchers as a christmas gift. it was a fun affair because everyone were relaxed and having a longer lunch than usual. it was at Cafe in Action @ Valley Point, and we almost had the entire restaurant to ourselves, lest 2 tables that were outside the restaurant. it was a 4 course meal with a starter, soup with tonnes of garlic bread, main course and 2 desserts. i almost couldn’t stomach anything after the…

the office christmas party!

it’s been a while since i blogged about my lunches. i wish the weekend didnt end… i haven’t caught up with my sleep debt from the trip yet! it’s been a busy weekend thus far! met up with 18 other of my colleagues for a game of paintball today. it’s my first attempt at playing and i think i kinda suck in it. it’s not that easy to aim because the balls are so light, they sway accordingly to the wind, and its subjective to the gas dispenser. it’s quite funny to see the balls head down prematurely before it even hits your target. its a pity that the game was so short. i would love more of it, but…
