last friday! you know, i got a call from him and we eventually decided to meet up cos i missed him so much. enough of my crap. every friday is holland v day because that’s where the school bus will bring us to for lunch. cindy and me weren’t very hungry because we had wholemeal sandwiches in the morning made with love from another colleague (wb), so we choose a place with good desserts (in hv) to rest our butts in. as usual.. in the nonsensical mood. 🙂 the message on cookie monster’s tee was SO me. haha. i jokingly told the waiter that i am bringing cookie monster home…

i was randomly talking to my colleague on the train home yesterday when my thoughts drifted to kento san. i was sharing how interesting my friend (kent) can be with his thoughts sometimes (or as he’ll like it to be put – like science)… and my colleague told me he too knew a guy who is in japan now, and his name starts with K. omfg. we actually know the SAME PERSON. how freaking-ly eerie is that? like singapore isn’t SMALL enough. we could be linked to someone who is so far away. i must remind myself that i must NEVER talk bad things about people randomly.. because you’ll never…

lunch pictures
i’m always a hungry dog when it’s nearing lunch. my stomach will growl in anger and i cannot wait to put food into my mouth. today was no exception. i ate up all the salad on the sushi plate that my colleagues commented i looked really hungry. anyway, here’s the pictures of all the yummy food. full set of pictures here

we had a team lunch today to pre-celebrate a colleague’s birthday at sun & moon.. while we were looking at the set lunches.. colleague A: where are the set lunches? colleague B: there, on this page.. colleague A: oh.. the sun set lunches? colleague B: no, on the left. the sun set lunches is for sundays… colleague C: errmm.. i think the sun set lunches is the NAME, not for sundays.. if not, i got nothing to eat eh! wahaha. all the rest took a double look at the menu and everyone burst out laughing. thought it was really quite silly. and i must agree the menu’s misleading though when…
