• Turning into one of them.

The kiasu parents that can’t wait to let their kids start learning and reading. Ok. It was bothering me for a bit that I wasn’t reading any books or bed time stories or teaching Jerry anything at all for a while. I read books/websites and they all indicated that babies can learn to identify with colors and baby books with sharp contrasts do them good and aid their ability to learn (or something of the sort la). All Jerry had was this sophie giraffe that was gifted and no one also sang children songs to him (I sucks at singing), der doesn’t know what baby/children songs there are or maybe…

  • An encouraging quote.

Think of your baby as the bearer of a wonderful life challenge. After all, each of us has a host of lessons to learn in life, and we never know who or what is going to be the teacher. In this case, it’s your baby.Quote from Secrets of the Baby Whisperer. How apt. Anyway, thanks to hubby, I managed to do a 3-hr nap! Am still tired but much better. Why am I sucha a sleepyhead? Never seemed to be able to catch up with the sleep debt. Ok. Dinner time! Posted via LiveJournal app for iPhone.

My collection of Japanese notes, textbooks, dictionaries and audio tapes. Sigh. And all I can remember now is.. わかりません わたしわ新がポルじんです。 いま何時ですか? 始めましって! お目てどお願いします! Erm. And I can’t tell if I made mistakes here. Feel so crap about myself sometimes. Posted via LiveJournal.app.

  • JB trip

funny how i told der that i must bring camera along… but realised that i didn’t take a single picture of the trip. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME? haha. i think i was just too tired and because the places that we went were the usual haunts.. my cammie instinct didn’t come out. so.. it was supposed to be a shopping day. we started it the day off with ah koong (西刀鱼圆面) for lunch. it wasn’t as tasty as the last time i remembered it to be. maybe cos i order the wrong combination (soup vs dry). and off we are to tebrau city. picture taken from justco.com i didn’t…
