i can’t sleep
i havent had dinner, which also means i havent taken my medication because it is supposed to be taken after food. i am not hungry yet. the tummy has been churning the entire day. my mouth feels bitter all the time and i have the urge to retch. think the pills are making me more sick than i am, so i stopped taking the pills since the pain has been bearable. without the boy by my side, i just feel more miserable than i already am. 🙁 at least looking at this cheers me up! this was taken on friday morning at ngee ann city’s lego shop. brought mum to…

day 3, melbourne trip
day 3 was a touristy day. aunt and me joined tours for the entire day, since it was the only day that we could join the tours. at 7am in the morning, we started out day waiting out in the hotel lobby for the bus to pick up us. We had melbourne city tour in the morning, and philip island tours in the afternoon. its a cold morning and I’m surprised at the number of layers I’m putting on this morning. A long sleeve top and slack, under my little black dress that would have bee sufficient by itself. pampering session
what was supposed to be a hair cut trip for my aunt turned out to be pampering treat for myself. was accompanying her to the salon and got bored waiting for her so even when i don’t need it (i just rebonded/cut my fringe last saturday!), i asked for a cut + wash. the massage that came with the wash was just bliss. with all the late nights and the tiring trip in bangkok, my shoulders and neck were aching like mad, so it turned out to be good money spent, and it made me ache for more massage. it is a tad surprising, because i am so not a…

not cheap
went out for a meal with the family and grocery shopping at ntuc before heading back here. wow. a short trip like that and a meal for 4, i burnt 260 bucks. it kinda hit me that living expenses in singapore aint cheap anymore.. and it’s not like we had sharks fin or something. it was just a meal at the soup restaurant. hmmm.. time to cut back a lot of other spending. :/
