the jap dinner at Wahiro
Right this moment, I’m so full that I can’t quite move an inch. I’ll risk puking. Serves me right for being soooooo greedy. Had a nice dinner with Der at wahiro tonight. It was not planned, we happened to be in the area and wanted to have dinner before proceeding with our errands, and since Der haven’t been there, I thought I’ll bring him. here’s the pictures galore. trying out the gorgeous cam on my new HTC One. hopefully they are good enough to make you drool! fresh sashimi. Mummy’s milestones and more..
Achieved 2 little milestones in the last week.1) I survived a week without der when he went Aussie for work (but I had help from my mum)2) I drove the little bub to the airport alone to receive him when he came back! This really deserves more cheer and well, at least I know I can head out by myself in the car. Helps that Jerry loves car rides. He always falls asleep in them. Lunch hour
My lunch for the day at singpost, missing the agedashi tofu which took a really long tome to appear.. Pork Katsu curry rice, but guess what? I barely finished half of it and didn’t have any appetite anymore.. It’s like I have lost interest in all food and all I want to do is just eat ice cream, suck on a sweet or munch on chocolates. birthday lunch treat
i had a long luxurious lunch treat last friday. seriously i was so stuffed that i was ready to PUKE everything out. but the greedy me decided to gobble down another stick of my favourite sea salt caramel ice cream after that. yes, stop telling me i’m greedy! 3 person ordered 4 bento sets. siao right? and mr j keep asking me to ORDER more. i had to stop him for once cos i didn’t think i was capable of eating that much. sushi/sashimi bento and my saba shioyaki set mr F’s ramen set and mr. networking lunch
had a networking lunch on monday with a couple of my colleagues. we were all flabbergasted when we realised that the 4 of us are split across 4 different tables, solely for the sake of network. all the people who came from the rest of the companies resulted in the same fate. seriously, it just made me feel uncomfortable and want to leave the place early. anyway, i was quite thankful that the people who sit with me were quite chatty and not very into networking for the sake of getting something outta it. so, we had some casual chats and loads of laughter. i think overall, i quite enjoy…

cute bento
jen reminded me with her entries on a very cute japanese meal i had about 3 weeks ago.. i have been wanting to blog about it.. but you know.. work and sleep seemed more important to me these days. i could hardly stay awake the moment i get home! anyway, back to the japanese meal. it was at this shop called Moggi, located at Far east plaza. the whole shop had got the cute japanese feel to it and the server also look quite kawaii! anyway, you place your order through the “vending machines”, pay the vending machines, get a receipt and then wait for your number to be called.…

Japanese food. My love. That’s my lunch yesterday.. In a quiet little joint a street away from haji lane, a few shops away from Blumesh. After 2 hours of standing around seeing the girls fussing around with their costume fitting for the upcoming dnd in 7 days, I was so famished that i gobbled everything in under 10mins. =) i like.
