Bepanthen Nappy Rash Ointment Review – Protecting baby bums
*sponsored product review* Today, I am going to talk about my fatter kid. You see, having had a skinny first kid for the longest time ever since Jerry is born.. there are some issues that I never quite experienced with him. Fat folds. Totally unheard off in Jerry’s times. He was a little chubby in the cheeks and face, but he never ever had fat folds. He was lean and lanky, and had me worrying about him being underweight all the time. Jerome is the opposite. He was chunky, bordering near the 100 percentile or over, loads of fat folds (neck, pits, thighs etc). It makes bathing him a little…

6 Reasons why I like Canon Selphy Printer (CP910).
I take a lot of pictures. I really do. Most of the time, I forget about the pictures that I take, because life gets busy and I don’t scroll through my digital collection much, unless I am looking for something specifically. And my brain don’t always remember all those lovely moments, as captured above. If only I remember to bring them to the photo printing shops for developing. If only I could print them out the moment when I chance upon them. Do you share the same thoughts too? I had the chance to review the Canon Selphy Printer (CP910) in recent months and found that a small, compact printer like the above…

Maroyaka Kale by Yakult Health Foods
*Sponsored Post* I know many of us grew up with Yakult, the probiotic dairy product that helps balance your digestive system, but have you heard of Yakult Health Foods? About one and a half month ago, Yakult Health Foods was launched in Singapore with a wide range of products and I was invited to witness the momentous event. I half wished I had retained all the Japanese language that I learned when I was much younger because the President & CEO of Yakult Health Foods was present and he delivered his speech in Japanese. The event started with a stellar performance of Japanese drum before the unveiling of the range…

Tommee Tippee Electric Breast Pump Review
My breast pump is my best friend (read about my breastfeeding journey). I huddle with it the first thing in the morning when i wake up everyday, travels with me all the time, and use it at night before i sleep. Surely that can be considered my #bff? With Jerome turning 16 months in a couple of days, i sometimes do wonder when i’ll end my breastfeeding journey. I’ll probably wouldn’t have another kid (it is already too stressful to handle 3 boys now – including the husband) so till i get the courage… (and when it comes, it comes!) So, today i am going to review another breast pump that…

Hop. Search. Unscramble with LolliBox
Psssst… LolliBox is having a contest and giving away 5 Lollliboxes! Details at end of post! I bought a pet cockroach from my recent Bangkok vacation for Jerry because i thought it was fun (yes, i do have a wicked sense of humour and its fake by the way. Made of plastic). I love nature and animals, insects and i think they are amazing. Cockroaches or not, they all have a life of their own and they are just surviving in this world, co-existing with us and this is something that i would like to impart that to my kids. The love of nature and the respect of every single life…

Gumigem Teething Necklace Review (Miller Heart Bubblegum) & GIVEAWAY
I love accessorizing, especially necklaces. some of you might remember that i posted a collection of my necklaces on instagram some time back. and yup, necklaces are a HUGE part of me… and then, there are the occasional bracelets and rings that i wear. When motherhood descended on me when i first had Jerry, i stopped wearing necklaces for more than a year. I couldn’t stand the thought of the baby putting the costume jewellery into his mouth because i don’t even know if the materials were safe! A lot of my pieces are metal stuff and i am often freaked out when the baby mouthes them. And then, there…

Lassig Diaper Bag Review
I have always have a fetish for bags and shoes, and that fact has not changed a wee bit even after i had kids and become a mother. But the honest truth is, as a mum with young kids, touting your pretty little bag (or your dainty designer bags) is no longer an option. gone are the days where u could just go out hands free carrying just a couple of cards in your pocket. there are just so many things a baby (or babies in my case) need. diapers? check. wet wipes? check. changing mat? check. tissue paper? check. milk bottles? check. milk powder? check. hot water flask? check.…

Lollibox Review (Feathered Friends theme)
i’m having a little issue with accessing my blog from my house ip for the past 2 weeks, which is why i am a little silent. For ages, i thought livejournal was down but it was actually my home internet connection! It connects to everything (including my journal page) and the only page that’s down is my “post an entry” link and livejournal.com. It’s mad frustrating and driving me nuts all week! anyhow, i just found a work-around method. it works when i’m connecting to the internet using my mobile data via tethering. It’s friggin’ slow but at least it works so i guess i’ll make do for now. back…
