Feels like it’s autumn..
Was walking to get myself an express pedicure when I went across the park and right into this scene. The winds were blowing softly, catching the leaves and causing them to flutter down from the trees. wishful thinking
i lazily opened my eyes this morning, stared at the lights from the windows (thinking its still sunday), closed my eyes wanting to head back to sleep. only to have the chain of events that happened yesterday flashed by my mind, and i sit up and went… “shit. it’s monday already. i need to wake up for work.” what a great way to start a week!

bored and home alone
with my supposedly dinner appointment cancelled and me being a pack of lazy bones, i am home alone today. the family have set off for grandpa’s place in rengam before day break (damn! should have gone along if i knew the appointment will be cancelled). i feel guilty for being so busy and not visiting my grandparents as much as i should, even though each time, i look forward to the glorious food galore there. the family wont be back till tomorrow, and with the boy in europe.. life is suddenly very still at the moment, especially with the change of plans. nonetheless, i have set aside a whole list…

I think its high time Smrt look into providing an alternative advertising platform on its platform screen doors. the train wrap is gonna prove ineffective once all the platform screen doors are implemented, because you won’t be able to see the train anymore. or advertisers should just focus on one key message across the entire train so I could tell from afar the message that it is driving even though I’m 500m away. definitely something to consider if you are buying the media. long weekend.
work wise, its been horrible, terrible and [add whichever terrible adjectives you can think of]. manslaughter in my opinion. it eats you up slowly because u are so tired, u are better off dead. well, there’s just more to come. time, of cos have been flying past extremely fast. especially so when one is busy. i’m so totally thankful for the long weekend. even though its sitex, i can at least take a breather, slow things down a little and just relax and chill before the flurry in the following weeks. i feel so good when for once in a long long, long time.. i slept for 12hrs. shiok! now,…

it’s midnight!
and i am still typing away at my office desk. ok. I must admit there were 1.5 hours or so where i couldn’t concentrate at all and spent some time surfing around and doing christmas shopping online! somehow, i tend to work a lot better at night and i am right awake! i want to continue the momentum and keep typing away because i am the most productive right this moment. the office is quiet and calm, the rain is pitter pattering outside and making soothing music against the window panes. bliss. i love the office this way. but but. the boy has already called several times and asked me…
