A new beginning!
Waking up in pitch darkness, heading out early and watching people joining a 60m queue to get free papers. All very new to me. Thank goodness the 5 days in melbourne adjusted my bio clock a little, since it’s 3 hours early, i wake at 5am (sing time) everyday. =) Anticipating the rest of the day! Hope everyone have a great week! [mobile post on train @ sembawang]

dead tired
i’m now comfortably snuggled under the covers in my hotel room at king’s street, all alone. my itinerary was ruined when i came back to the hotel room to drop some things, because what was intended as a rest turned into a nap.. and it’s now 11.41pm and i have yet to have dinner. =( well, there’s no way im heading out at this hour so i am so thankful i got a loaf of raisin bread with some cream cheese spread and chocolates with me. sadly, these will have to settle.. shall buy myself a nice meal tomorrow instead. ok. i am so tired i’m crashing out. the internet…

Up in the air.
[typed on the plane journey from sing to bkk] I am penning this down at thousands of feet high up in the air. Usually, I will be really happy going on a trip, filled with excitement, but I am not feeling like that now. Started reading the scrap book that Soo Leng made for me after I boarded the plane. It was a simple but very pretty thing. Although there aren’t many pictures (I held hostages of them), but it’s so nicely done up and I’m so impressed! Kinda funny going through it as it reveals my little milestones in the company. My first birthday celebrations… the retreats and the…

Update.
Safely arrived in bangkok about 30 mins ago.. Now i gotta keep myself awake and wait till i get on board the plane to crash out. I’m so blur today. Left my jacket and my toothbrush in my check in luggage.. Feeling kinda cold in my short skirt and thin shirt. *yawns* [mobile post @ bkk airport]

Feels like i’m going away for good.
With a scrapbook and laptop on one arm.. And a beeping phone filled with well wishes messages, I feel like i’m leaving for good. And in some ways, that’s kinda true in some sense! I’m so tired. Didn’t sleep last night cos i was busy copying out the pictures for my colleagues! So.. I can’t wait to snuggle in one nice spot and knock out! Now i need to work on one last article before the end of today.. Work.is.still.hounding.me. Urgh. [mobile post @ changi airport, t1]

Good bye.
I just stepped out of the office minutes ago.. It’s the last time that i’ll go there to work. I got a life size easel stand poster printed, a really huge poster of my team mates, a beautiful scrapbook and a lv little tote as my farewell gifts. It’s the same one that i bought for jen, they say good friends must have the same thing. I didn’t cry as i stepped out, feeling very flustered because i keep telling everyone that i HAD to go, and most thought that i am leaving only on the 30th. I got a bouquet of sunflowers from my boss and a small gift..…

restless
4 more days… counting down and i am totally SO not in the mood for work. many exciting things ahead. first up, i’m flying to aussie next week!! just when i thought i was so done with travelling this year… and errrm, gonna be really exciting because I’ll be there ALL ALONE for 2 3 days before aunt/uncle comes along to join me. thankfully, fio fio is gonna be in melbourne during the same period, so maybe i could meet her for a meal or 2 before she moves on her trip. this trip also marks the most travelling that i have done in a year, with vietnam, hong kong,…
