Happy lunches of the week!
Managed a couple of happy lunches this week to perk myself up. I needed all that happy moments because the nauseousness hits me all over again and its a struggle to eat and keep the food down. I keep wanting to purge it out and it has been very uncomfortable. read that it’s actually pretty common to be feeling this way as one nears the due date.. Tuesday’s lunch – ah koong in msia with hubby! I took urgent leave last minute to accompany my hubby in driving my mum to msia for her post surgery check up. Just felt bad that I haven’t been doing much for her and…

The little pink one has new baby socks!
Last week, the cute little one got new socks as presents! They were a tad big for him but still looking damn cute. The clean white socks made him look really dirty in comparison though so a bath time for him is in the pipeline. Posted via LiveJournal app for iPhone.

Big and round!
Week 34 – Here’s how the tummy is measuring at the moment! I’m past the 30+” mark and officially hit 40″! I think the bump does look rather massive from the side view.. Interestingly, the aunties that I meet everywhere (in office/pantry aunties/in coffeeshop when I order food or simply random strangers) like to stare at my tummy and ask when I’m due and if is a boy.. Oh, during the last gynae visit, the doc complimented on my tummy skin.. He said, oh.. What did you do?! Your tummy is looking very pretty and your skin is very good! It caught me by surprise and I think I just…

Choo Choo..
Baby shopping. We are at it every other weekend.. Striking off an item or two each time.. Or loading up frivolous stuff randomly. Last weekend, we thronged the taka baby fair but it was too crowded and too hazardous with everyone squeezing all over, knocking into things and people, people pushing their way through and the cramp aisles.. I promptly left in less than 15mins. I rather pay more than go through the torture! Besides, I think they should have wider aisles for people to walk because everyone I see in there is either spotting a big tummy, baby stroller in hand inching their way around or having a baby…

Last week’s wardrobe.
Because I’m getting bigger and bigger and bigger.. I become more and more conscious about the fact that the clothes gets tighter and tighter.. It also got me to be more diligent on documenting the daily wardrobe/growth per say so that I can look back in the future and revel in this whole pregnancy process that I have gone through when I’m done with it. So here’s some of last week’s pictures. This was Monday, supposedly a drinks night out which was eventually postponed. Tuesday, slightly casual with my top stretched out and getting a bit too short. I must have forgotten to take during one of the work days…

Sunday just flew pass..
Started the day really early and head off for a swim. With me deciding on attempting natural birth and not taking any epidurals if possible, the gynae has advised that I start swimming to build up my muscles, strength and perhaps, stamina? So swim plans are on every weekend now. It’s nice to be able to swim in a pool all by myself too, thanks to Jen.. I popped by her old place (her mum’s place now) for a swim! Check out the empty pool with only me in it, swimming. I like it for the fact that it’s a 50m pool so it’s great that I could do laps…

Der’s mischief..
Wrong babies in the baby cot.. Thought it’s quite funny that the boy actually took some effort to line them up nicely. Posted via LiveJournal app for iPhone.
