i want the weekend to last longer!
why is it that the weekends always pass u by without noticing it? it’s sunday already?! spent the whole of yesterday afternoon in the office before the 2 hungry girls (agnes & me) stomped out of the office at 5pm to go grab some food. funny thing is we both ate heavy breakfast at 11am and we were hungry before 3pm was up! anyhow, she bought me to this korean restaurant somewhere in chinatown. woots, i almost ordered and gobbled everything down! my favourite was the refillable sides. kimchi! huimin and kelvin (or was it kevin) joined us for dinner and i kinda enjoyed myself over a funny dinner filled…

happy mother’s day to all the mothers out there and mums-to-be! i took my mum out this morning at 9.30am for dim sum at yum cha in chinatown! big sacrifice ok! 1st, to wake @ 8.30am on a sunday is a big sacrifice! and then the parking/traffic at chinatown was horrendous! oh wells. so long mummy is happy, i guess it’s alright. we ended the morning with mummy a happy bird cos she went to the chinatown new wet market and bought lotsa seafood and stuff (at my cost!). 🙂 the weekend for me is basically a tired one since i woke at 9am yesterday to be on the shoot…

the weekend gone
and so.. 4 glorious days of my long weekend gone in a flash! *thinks about work in 7 hours and groans* kicked start the holidays on wednesday night with a blast with ironman! it’s a great movie.. it’s a must watch in my personal opinion. spent labour day pigging in at home catching up on lost sleep. headed for dinner with andy, monica, kristy and wenhao at northpoint and ended up at der’s place for a long game of taboo. some hilarious laugh and time flies! friday. i headed into JB to be an angel. managed to please my mum with the groceries i bought from giant and i ended…

now, im beginning to wonder if a hot saturday is my ideal kind of day. 🙁 played mahjong with jen’s sisters and brother-in-law for the last 4 hrs or more. was so hot, there was no wind and my butt was literally sweating the whole time. now the house is quiet. the kids are outside playing badminton and here i am chilling on jen’s sofa in the living room and entertaining myself with her laptop. urgh. feeling so lethargic, i wondered if i am willing to struggle to amk central later to buy the ribbons meant for the press release. *sigh*

it’s my brother’s birthday today! HAPPY BIRTHDAY GOR! well, the plan of heading for dim sum early in the morning didn’t work when i came home only at 11am this morning, and a sleepy brother still lying in bed. we changed it to japanese food, and i bought my brother a Nokia 6500 slider as a pressie. it’s over. so fast. i have been nervous the whole weekend on the major presentation that is going to happen tomorrow. i have also worked officially the latest in the office last friday till 1.45am, together with my boss and brand manager. my brain was so so dead, especially with the flurry of work and events on friday. spent saturday shopping in millenia walk, and had dinner at outback. i seemed to have lost it in me to take pictures of the food.. i am such a hungry ghost these days that i remember about the photos after i consumed everything. urgh! uber frustrating. wei had such a tender piece…
