havent slept a wink in the last 24 hours.
when was the last time you did that? I cannot remember when i last did it. It’s been yonks because work has been so hectic that i knock out the moment my head hits the pillow. last night, it was different. i had to down red bull to keep myself awake. to clear all the outstanding work so that I can go krabi peacefully. the last time i drank red bull was in secondary school to keep myself awake for exams.. =S i’m dead tired and i’m hoping i don’t look like shit without the beauty sleep that i am supposed to be accumulating. come to think of it… am…

about the new year.
the long weekend was packed with tons of activities that I did not have any time alone, unless you consider 3 hours of manicure me-time. I ended 2009 with a movie – bodyguards and assassins and started 2010 with another movie – did you hear about the morgans? it was movie galore because i had this stack of $1 off coupons to be utilised before 31 Dec 09, so we bought movie tickets for all the shows that we wanted to watch, including avatar. the office christmas party!
its the much-looked forward to event of the year! mostly because of the gorgeous lucky draw prizes and the fun games. this year, the theme was boomz and blingz! i must say, the entire department have been really game for the theme and came dressed to the nines! those who didn’t (mostly the managers) were being made to dance to the song – Nobody. mark who was in the committee had a lot of fun teaching the folks the dance! this is mark and the 2 committee boys doing the performance. i don’t know how to rip the forfeit video off my colleague’s facebook (can it even be done?) so,…

the tension headache has not gone away. it’s driving me bonkers.. and of cos, affecting my productivity. my right side of the head feels heavier. =( my time is getting shorter and shorter. Am so bloody worried. not good. all not looking good.

some random musings
yesterday. i turned up at work with a pink boat-neck sweater (3/4 sleeve) and a grey pencil skirt. andy came up to me and asked me what’s wrong. have i joined the aunties’ gang? Grrr… Errrm. i just wanted to fend off the cold in the office and it can be quite a hassle to keep wearing/taking off my jacket. and i was just thinking to myself in the morning that i looked rather proper – typical OL look. blah. // and today. the new word of the century – 弟夫!! it’s hilarious, because agnes had wanted to say 姐夫, but couldn’t find the word and blurted that out instead.…
