pretty lashes
there has been a lot of talk in the office about my lashes lately.
everyone that walked past my desk or are standing near me commented that the lashes are very nice and how much i paid for the extension.
everyone couldnt believe they are fake lashes cos they look too natural. ha!
i have been consistently wearing fake lashes to work for the last 2 months or so.. i think it’s so conveniently and so much faster than putting mascara on my lashes.
less hassle free when it comes to cleaning too.. ;P
i’m definitely gonna invest in more lashes than mascara in time to come!

I love seeking out good food and travelling, is trigger-happy, love new gadgets, love exploring new places and strives to live life to the fullest. I aspire to travel the world as much as I can, to soak in the different sights across the various continents and visit all the Disneylands in the world (almost there!). hahhaa.. the recent photos that i loaded of me have my lashes on.. just maybe not close up enough to see?!

just came across your blog from my friend’s blog… i take a long time to put on fake lashes and mine ends up weird… how do you do it such that it looks natural? really appreciate if you could share some tips 🙂

Hmm.. there some tricks to it. don’t really know how to explain.. but the gist is..
1. trim ur fakes lashes from the outer end to fit ur eye’s length
2. put the glue on the fake lashes (dun be in a hurry to stick yet!)
3. blow the glue till a little semi dry before sticking the lashes, start from inner eye to outwards
4. press and hold the lashes in place for a few seconds so that it holds
5. slowly adjust the lashes so that it fits your eyes.
6. lastly, use ur index fingers and thumb to hold both ur real and fake lashes and gently push it in.. so that the 2 are in sync/ stick close together.
one other tip, if you are right handed and find it difficult to paste the lashes on ur left eye.. use ur left hand. It’s easier.
