The first battle scar
Came gone today and found a 4cm gash on his face, from the corner of his eye and it’s quite swollen with some part of it blue-black. And my mum only left him for a minute when she went to the kitchen.
Sigh. My hyper son just doesn’t stop. He has accumulated quite a bit of wounds all over. I guess there’s more to come.
I have yet to document down his 8th months milestones, but the biggest achievement is getting himself OUT of the exersaucer when no one is looking and exploring around the house on his own. Freaked my mum out totally.
Guess its time to child proof the entire house and not just his play yard area!

yes. my mum is at her wits end when she’s alone at home. she cannot do anything and have to keep a constant eye on my son.

Yr mom must be exhausted. How about a mini station in the kitchen or the major areas she has to do her work in? Play yard?

errrmm.. my mum’s quite a hoarder so the house is like packed to the brim with stuff.
no extra space for my son. 🙁

OMG. For a moment I thought he’s got a cut when you said gash. It doesn’t look too bad, bruises and knocks are part and parcel of growing up, it gets worse when they start to learn how to walk. Clover has fallen, scratched and knocked onto so many things I’ve stopped counting.
