The hard truth.
Bump in train. Heavily pregnant but no one gave me a seat. Isn’t life a joke sometimes?
I think SMRT should not fine people for eating/drinking in train. They should fine people who hog the reserved seat, for like the longest time, oblivious to their surroundings or people who pretend to sleep. Or see me but ignore.
Sigh.
The government should instill some policies on public transport too.. If not, how to promote growing birth rate? I’ll think twice if I want the next kid. Seriously, I have been fortunate that my hubby drives (thank goodness for company car!) else, I’ll frown and say no thanks to the next kid.

What?!?!? Ask for the seat!!!!! I did!!! I mean, if it’s a guy – stand right in front of them and say, Do you think I can take that seat?!??!
Yeah – I so understand you on this one!!! Infuriating!

haha. i couldn’t even make my way to where the seats were and i rather be standing near a pole than to have nothing to grab (in case i fall).
oh wells. it’s actually quite common and a real pity that people here are so no socially moral in that sense.
🙂
by the way, kristy’s popping today!

i was only offered seats in the early stage of pregnancy. when i got bigger, i didn’t get offered! i started taking cabs then whenever the husb couldn’t pick me up.

i couldn’t breathe in the train when i was in my first tri – almost fainted a few times.. keep feeling breathless in the trains.
when i got bigger, i kept wondering if it was because i didnt look pregnant enough (my colleagues always say i dont look preggers from the back view at all), but when i got really huge, the situation didnt improve!
sigh. so sad right!
