a tiring day and when i got home.. i just lazed in the comfort of my cooling room..

and after some 30mins or so, i decided this shall not do. i put on my running gear, loaded a recent favourite song of mine into my nano, had it on repeat mode and headed downstairs for a short run.

though i cut short the distance that i had intended to run, i did feel my body warm up and sweat, for a good 20 mins.

i must do this regularly within the next 30 days. i am so compelled to go on a dieting and exercise regime.

i need to lose the fats on the tummy!!!
