Today.. I woke up feeling moody. No particular reason why i felt this way.. Just unable to lift my spirits up even when i think of happy things. Even the happy things don’t seemed to be happy anymore. Sounds illogical? Yeah, probably.. But that’s exactly what i’m feeling. My toes are blistering from the snake skin heels that i’m wearing. Ah long signage
For those who don’t understand, ah long is a dialect term for loansharks. I pasted that on tay jie’s monitor last tuesday at 8.30am in the morning. Haha. Well, there are parts of the video not filmed yet! And i needed to edit everything before the retreat! Hence the notice for her to send me the videos before 12pm so that i can work my magic since i won’t be in the office on wednesday. Eh. Now that i think about it.. Ok. This is rude. I have been wanting to put my views across a matter.. But i keep holding back in case i get picked up by any search engine. Recently, s m r t came up with this s m r t green campaign that encourage people to take the train/buses because there is less harmful effects per head since there is economy of scale. Or something like that. I haven’t really stop to read the poster but i do see it every day. But my whole point is.. Goodbye moriji!
Moriji is this orange toy that i bought 1.5years back or more to cheer myself up at work. It’s huge smile and bright colors make me feel cheery when i look it it. When ade came on board and was seated beside me, moriji was asked to be placed on the panel between us because ade like moriji so much! More so, moriji saved her from the thoughts of burning her desk or shredding all the paper on her desk. Haha. Ade always say she’ll shred everything on her desk to ease her workload.. The morning sun
taken yesterday morning on the way to the airport I couldn’t take a nice shot of the glowing red sun while the car is constantly moving. The sun was beautiful when i saw it yesterday. Maybe the morning sun is beautiful every day, just that i’m not up that early to see it. While the traffic was bad yesterday, the sun was steadily rising on my left while i was travelling along tpe. It struck me that even though there were many cars/people along that stretch of road, how many would take a minute and indulge in life’s beautiful things? The happy babies!
The dim sum yesterday was nice and good. The egg tarts (which is my favourite item in a dim sum menu) were pretty good and running out fast. And so, after gobbling down a little too many, i decided that somehow, it’s still insufficient. Haha. I packed the last 5 plates that the restaurant have back home. As a result, the happy babies got to celebrate m’s day as well with each an egg tart for a treat. So cute right? As usual, i’m bored! Guess what? I’m on the bus heading home! Happy day!
The morning started with a lethargic girl who is feeling miserable. Not sure why but tummy didn’t feel good, and i felt tired all over! And.. What’s worse? I woke at 8.20am! What a time! I start work at 9am and i needed at least an hour of travelling time.. So it was a really bad morning. =( The morning was also a quiet one because 2 of my colleagues were out for a shoot. A brand new day!
Yesterday was a horrendous day imo. No. I wasn’t late but the chains of events that happened really didn’t make my day. In the midst of my frustrations, i discovered that my administrator submitted my petty cash late. So i’m short of almost $800 in my pay check. You could imagine how pissed i was. Thank goodness she’s on leave so i could spare my tongue and gain some good merits from not scolding her. But my point is.. If everyone’s petty cash goes to you and you are supposed to submit it on our behalf, you jolly well could be more vigilant since the finance department is just a…
