• Woozy

Am currently on the train home, but am plagued by dizzy spells again. I feel like i’m gonna faint any moment, so i had to grab a seat at the first opportunity after jen left me at bishan. I wonder if i can make it for movie tonight. =( What’s wrong with me? It’s frustrating to be feeling unwell. It’s gonna be a busy weekend because what was supposed to be a busy week in the office turned out to be one that i’m frequently out, hence not much productive work has been done. Urgh. It’s another make or break week next week. I better be keeping up the energy.…

  • The funny doc

Had been suffering from headaches and dizzy spells for no apparent reason these days.. Finally trooped to the doc’s yesterday and he couldn’t diagnose what’s the cause of it.. So we had a chat.. About my lifestyle.. My free time activities, working hour, nature of work etc.. And his conclusion? Do you want a MC tomorrow? I think you need to relax and NOT think about work. I thought it’s hilarious because i just came back from a holiday. But he went.. it’s not relaxing when you constantly think about work, even when you are on holiday! I rejected the MC, so i’m now pills. =S I really didn’t think…

  • Beautiful sky!

Am late, but decided to take a stroll to the mrt instead of the usual brisk walk.. Because.. I’m in new 3″ heels, i’m tired and the sky’s pretty today! I wished i had my D80 with me! Well, seems like a good day. Nevermind that i have tonnes to do.. I know i can survive it. =) It’s mid week already! And oh, i found out yesterday that i’ll need to work on sunday. Feel kinda blah but der was quite excited when i told him about it.. we are going to see a taiwanese star! [mobile post on train @ amk]

  • Total darkness

Just got a fright of my life. I headed out from the office, armed the alarm and when i flip the switches of the office lights, a total darkness engulfed me. I had to quickly jump out of the office and shut the glass door before the alarm gets activated, before deciding what i should do. In pitch darkness. God. I couldn’t even see my hands before me and thank goodness i’m not one that is afraid of darkness. That said, i still had to lock up the wooden doors and latch it. Well, i got a fright because this had never happened before. No matter how late i used…

  • Last Meal in hk

Exchanged the hkd$240 meal voucher that we got from the flight delay for our dinner. 2 bowls of ajisan ramen with sides and 2 cups of triple scoop ben and jerrys ice cream topped with m&ms! We had a hard time eating everything cos we were so stuffed! I miss the holidaying already. Had a hard time trying to get out of bed this morning after 10 days of sleeping in. I’m having a blue tuesday… [mobile post on train @ amk]

  • Jetting off hk

Am on board the plane now.. Shutting my phone and heading back to sing. Thinking of it, i hardly did anything in the 4 days here. Wow. This is considered one of the most leisure trip ever.. Spending time like i would back in sing, just eating out and going to the movies, of cos.. I think macau was the highlight of this trip. [mobile post on plane @ hk]

  • The shopping frenzy starts.

3rd day in hk. Finally have the chance to hit the streets shopping district. Have been really tired out with all the shopping/walking/sight seeing in taiwan that all i want to do in hk is nua. Spent the whole of yesterday in macau. Didn’t accomplished much tho.. Cos der seemed to be glued to the slot machines. Brought him to see the venetian and he’s so amazed. Should see the one in vegas, much better! Haha. Ok. Spending money already! [mobile post @ harbour city, hk]

  • Observation

Made an interesting observation today. Realised that the people in taiwan are mostly dressed in sneakers or flat mary janes. A train full of passengers and yet, only 1 pairs of heels is spotted. Most of the passengers also prefer to stand. I wonder if there is any relation to the shoes that they wear. Back in sing, most people have the tendency to snatch the seats and most of the time, they are clad in heels. The elderly designated seats are always empty. Very considerate people they are, they queue orderly to board the train, give way on escalators and are very friendly! If only our singaporeans are like…
