Is anyone still reading? haven’t had any time to post anything here because work has been really draining. Haven’t been reading too! One of my colleague went on long leave, so I’m covering quite a bit. Work has been extremely challenging and frustrating at times. I’m like an octopus, doing multi-multi-tasking. Except that I’m clueless still with quite a fair bit of the stuff and have to really put in extra effort. why are you staying back so late everyday? i noticed that you seldom blog these days… you looked tired. and i have hundreds of msn msgs blinking at me all the time, only to have me just keep closing them. mostly not replied. and nudges. all the time. Grr. sometimes, its frustrating because while others want to do frivolous small talk during office hours.. i really cannot spare because i am trying to be a spider/octopus to do everything at the same time and moving at lightning speed. at times, because of the frustration..i tend to snap at people to keep bugging me on frivolous things that are TOTALLY unimportant.…

argh.
the most frustrating that can happen is when you lug your laptop back home to clear emails and work, only to realised that you are unable to do. because the security is so tight, and that sometimes, technologies fail you. i’m staring at a full outbox of emails that i typed, and missing out on a whole chunk that wasn’t download. argh. ok. I’m back to clear out whatever work i can without the access. the work had been madness since CNY is looming.

It’s finally the end of festivities and public holidays. I had turned a little lazy and lethargic with all that early release and sleep I had over lazy afternoons. So don’t feel like heading to work today! It’s only 3 weeks to cny! It’s spring cleaning time! Have you started spring cleaning yet? the new year.
i just packed der and his dad off in a coach heading towards genting. the father and son are gonna enjoy a short weekend of fun together! meanwhile, it also leaves me to a little more time on my own. allows me to think and also spring clean the house! and oh, i received a call from kenties from nihon wishing me happy new year! what a pleasant surprise. good to know that i’m in people’s thoughts. really thankful for that. and so, in the new year.. i haven’t made any resolutions thus far. 2008 went by in a flash. as i grow older, the time seemed to pass faster.…

the last of 2008!
everyone has been blogging about how the year had been and the resolutions for the new year. obviously, i haven’t had the time to think/reflect about the year gone past so maybe i’ll do that tonight after my movie date with the boy. we haven’t seen a movie in almost a month, or was it longer? and on the last day of the year, i discovered i am PARTIALLY DEAF! gawd. i am so so so upset. i’m feeling feverish.
thanks to those that have asked. the boy is ok now. still weak and resting at home, he managed to head home from A&E of tts after a jab and 2 bags of glucose drip. gave me a big scare, really. i haven’t been in the best of health either. I had been coughing madly since the whole of yesterday, battling a irritable throat, and now… i’m feeling feverish. i went to the doc’s 3 times this week, and i am supposed to be on mc today. that aside, i have been getting bruises on my body for no apparent reason. not that i know of anyway, and i seriously…

i wish i could be there..
i think my worst fears came true. my boy is in tts now, on drips. he went to see the doc again this morning and the next thing i know, he is in the hospital. latest updates from the mum – he has to be on drips for 2 hours, and the doctor is monitoring if he is still has diarrhea. if he is fine, he can go home.. if not, he needs to be admitted. am keeping my fingers crossed now. i hope he gets well.

my poor boy is sick.. Been having runs non stop since yesterday afternoon. Pains to see him feverish and weak, and all I could do was to make him a cup of warm ribena. =( He’s heading for the doc again.. Hopefully he’ll get better today, else I think he has to go on drips since he ate nothing since yesterday afternoon and has been losing so much water. [mobile post on train @ admiralty]
