sunday brunch
had brunch at Ivar’s Salmon House down at Northlake way.. dine in with a scenic view of Lake Union and slurping more than a dozen of my favourite fresh oysters down my throat. yums yums, i tell ya! at the rate im eating everyday.. i think i am in need of serious workout when i reach singapore. maybe, you people won’t recognise me anymore! 🙂 i have been real lucky. since the day i came, the sun has been up and i was able to take many nice pictures. i am so thankful for that, cos for the weeks before i came, it was pouring non stop most of the…

27th Jan updates
i sorta lost count of stuff like yesterday, the day before and with the time difference.. i think it sounded really weird.. so, i’m just gonna post by the dates now.. and here’s what i did on saturday morning.. tim sum breakfast at jumbo restaurant at rainier valley, after which we went around shopping at the supermarkets for groceries. we also went to this seafood market to enquire about lobsters shipping. heh heh. i am so gonna enjoy the coming CNY cos my uncle + aunt is plotting to ship back some LIVE lobsters!! Yummy!

someone asked how are the houses here like. chey asked if there was a fire place.. so i have decided to make a small little collage of the house and the little places that i “dwell” in.. of cos that’s not the whole house.. there are more rooms than that, but no point showing it when it doesnt mean anything rite? more updates coming up! would have posted it last night if i didnt fall asleep on the arm chair! 🙁

the birthday boy
ok. i know i should be in bed at this hour, but i owe it to the boy and it’s been a week! junwei has requested that i make collages for him as his birthday pressie.. so that he can use them and post it somewhere.. so, i managed to finish the collages just an hr before im due at the airport on friday morning. here’s some snippets of the night. happening rite?! ok. it’s about time i sleep. it’s 2.44am here. good nite people.

the steamboat dinner with the LJ gang
ok. im prolly the LAST to talk abt this, but time is lacking for the past one week. the gist is, i met up with the usual LJ girls to have steamboat dinner in bugis. i didn’t have a great appetite that night (this happens a lot these days!) so i didn’t eat a lot. and here’s some pictures of the fun we had, plus the additional dessert we were having after that! more information/pictures can be found on the rest of the gang: i_believe, iluvmyjazz, tiffanyx can you tell im slowly catching up on outdated posts… im getting there..

the usual
the first thing i’ll do every time i reach the house here is to take a picture of downtown from the rooftop. last year, the picture looked like this. i couldn’t locate the picture taken in 2004 on my old bloggie anymore.. looks like things haven’t changed much huh.. and me, being me.. have to do a silly stunt. being too lazy to change into my thick winter wear.. i ran out to the rooftop in my racerback and fbt shorts.. grabbed my aunt’s over sized sweater and took a picture of myself on self timer mode. looks ok right? i tell you, it’s FREEZING out there. my legs almost…

indication of being busy
