Quick trial.
Popped by kino today so that hubby can pick up his usual magazine subscriptions. I took the opportunity to check out the nail-related books and stood there for the longest time browsing. Eventually decided to lug home 2 books and 2 magazines since there was 20% discount.. The big bonus was I got them FREE! Hubby decided to pay them for me so I feel really really loved. Sparkly Christmassy manicure.
I did a sparkly manicure for Christmas after all! Well, something happened earlier and my manicure was all RUINED. It was supposed to be a happy event.. I was unboxing another box of nail polishes that just arrived today but one of the bottles broke and it was a mess. This was my hands after I attempted cleaning up. I’m sorry that I didn’t do the Christmas nails as requested! I didn’t had the time to really trial the nail art and the one that I do attempt to try on a single fell flat because my nail polish was too translucent and there wasnt any depth in the colors and didn’t turn out christmassy at all. My watermelon nails!
I re-did my nails again! Probably one of the shortest time I wore my polish. It’s only been a week since the last! Changed out my manicure just moments ago because it was starting to chip and I had an event this evening. Finally can afford the time to change out my nail color. It has been chipping and irking me since last week, but as life has it.. Pretty nails.
I had wanted to pop put for manicure & pedicure this afternoon cos my last (self) manicure has been 2 weeks ago and the new growth was quite unsightly and the polish was beginning to chip real bad. Der is still in bed from our late night mahjong. I had wanted to visit the doc’s but they were closed for lunch so i popped over to the nail palour for a quick trim. My nails grows at an amazing rate and i had to cut them down every 2 weeks else my typing will be hindered at work. Opi colour – parlez-vous opi. Loving the purplish greyish tone! Seeing pink in a brand new light.
Close friends would know that you could hardly spot me in a light colored nail polish because my skin colour doesn’t quite complement it. Last night I tried it again. I bought this bottle of opi during my last opi buying stint (from the states) and decided to get it cos it was very cheap and I guessed it looked okie after all!
