And my little plants grow!!!
Earlier this year, serene (my colleague) gave me this DIY tomato plant kit (not like I needed it since I grew it from the fruit) but I thought it’s still great because I’ll have something to tend to in the office. There were many other boxes that were distributed between my colleagues as well and we have a whole line up of little sprouts by my cubicle window. Solely because my little nook is the only place with the blinds drawn up (I didn’t mind the sunshine a bit) so it’s good for plants. And so. christmas lunch from santa mike
mr Mike (my colleague from the sales/roadshow team) threw a christmas lunch for the team to thank everyone for the hard work put in during the year. the team also returned him a gift of robinson vouchers as a christmas gift. it was a fun affair because everyone were relaxed and having a longer lunch than usual. it was at Cafe in Action @ Valley Point, and we almost had the entire restaurant to ourselves, lest 2 tables that were outside the restaurant. it was a 4 course meal with a starter, soup with tonnes of garlic bread, main course and 2 desserts. i almost couldn’t stomach anything after the…

the office christmas party!
its the much-looked forward to event of the year! mostly because of the gorgeous lucky draw prizes and the fun games. this year, the theme was boomz and blingz! i must say, the entire department have been really game for the theme and came dressed to the nines! those who didn’t (mostly the managers) were being made to dance to the song – Nobody. mark who was in the committee had a lot of fun teaching the folks the dance! this is mark and the 2 committee boys doing the performance. i don’t know how to rip the forfeit video off my colleague’s facebook (can it even be done?) so,…

or rather, sitting. I am yet again the last (wo)man left in the office. for the dunno-how-many-nights in a row. this is depressing. my arm is over-worked because it started to numb about 30 mins back! Help! i need my hand/fingers to type still!

a cheery gift
the boy bought me a little present for my office desk while i was away in south africa. sure brings a smile whenever my eyes leaves the laptop screen. sure meets the objective of keeping me happy while he is away. 🙂 but, he looks a little lonely, doesn’t he?

the happy dumpling girls.
my boss bought us some dumplings the other day and i took the opportunity to take some pictures. yeah. you could say i’m cammie deprived. seriously, i don’t fish out my cammie as often i do in the past. something’s changed in me huh? i didn’t manage to finish my dumpling tho. because before it came to me, i just happened to woof down a packet of bee hoon for breakfast. *burp* jen just told me that i’m getting fatter the other day. omg. this is so not good.

X.silly’s new fren
X.silly made a new friend in the office yesterday! Domo kun came over to say hi and played with x.silly for a while.. The 2 kids are so cute because they both have beady eyes. You know the 2 of them strike it off cos when wendy came to pick domo kun back.. They don’t wanna let go of each other! Oops.. That sounds quite gay! Haha. Ok. You could tell i’m bored. x.silly accompanies mama
okie. i’m the silly one. to cheer my day.. i grabbed x.silly and threw it into my bag this morning and i brought him to work. sitting on my table/chair the entire day while i was in meetings, he must have been bored death. anyway, he cheered me up and people like wendy and agnes were surprised to see that pink little head sticking out from my cube and they came to say hi! haha. yes. i got silly colleagues too.. ok, it’s late. shall blog abt x.silly adventures tomorrow when i have more time. in the meanwhile, here’s a shot of us in the office.

some updates
the last time i did a collage for posting was in OCTOBER! that’s friggin 2 months and i sorta lost the drive, the feel, the touch for making a collage. and because it’s christmas, i thought i’ll post the christmas decorations that was put up that i have mentioned for the umpteen times, but did nothing about. and here’s a shabbily done collage of it..
