Sunday morning
Took this picture while i was cruising on tpe on the way to airport yesterday morning. I started sunday at 6.30am, a timing that i usually would still be sleeping soundly even on weekdays. Had to fetch der from the airport.. But after standing around at T2 for the longest time and staring at unfamilar flights landing from unknown cities like mumbai and lahore.. I wondered if i got the time wrong or the terminal wrong. Checked der’s msg several times and i’m right, but he didn’t give me the flight number.. good friday. i spent it in an ulu area in JB, stuck in some dingy shoe factory, working for no money and just chilling. ok. i was so tired, i fell asleep at the seat for a while too. these pictres really cracked me up. i like the fact that they are so mischievous. like me.

a sunny day at sentosa 15.March.2008
despite the recent rainy season.. i did manage to get very hot sun and an ugly tan! the athletes junior decided that we haven’t been doing our runs and organised a beach day at sentosa and a run. joined them (because i wanted to be fit) but eventually backed out of the entire run cos i’m lazy and it would mean a lot of (cleaning) work. decided to just chill by the beach and enjoy the scene. haven’t been to sentosa for a long long time and i think the last that i sun-tanned there was during my uni days? no? or was it the angie the choice days. anyway,…

virus alert!
a quick one. omfg! i almost got a virus from my colleague in the office! she sent me a link to say that my photos is being published on the site. i looked at the link, saw my nick, the msn address or the like and i was thinking,”hmmm.. did she find my msn groups album online?!” i clicked on the link, got to a webpage and a pop up windows says RUN or OPEN. the alarm bells went off in my head and i ran into her room and told her she got a virus! hahhaa. lucky me. but guess what? it inspired me to do the once-in-a-few-months routine…

LJ CNY dinner 2008

dinner date with mich & ruth

Madi Gras Dinner & Dance 2007
and so, agnes came by my desk and spotted a picture of me in a costume last friday.. and she said that i didn’t blog about it.. so. because im the hungry one now with nothing much to do while waiting for dinner to arrive… the topic would be the dinner and dance last year with the pageant contest.. and this was how i looked… with my blue striking fan dress with the rest of the female contest finalists.. my boss and me with my team the pageant voting boxes one of the cat-walking parades the grand finale because it’s been so long.. i cannot remember the gist of everything…

the most interesting thing about the airshow is that.. i didn’t use the ticket at all! kenties and me were wondering the entire time why the tickets was needed when no one collected it from us. anyway, we were caught in a jam while heading for the airshow and arrived just in time to watch the air display. look at the hall filled with people from all countries and all ages clearing the security gantry. kent and me, being cheeky. another shot of us, waiting for the airshow to start look at this guy’s camera lens!
